MarginLoom flags possible catalogue pricing exceptions for merchant review. It does not guarantee detection, block checkouts, change product prices or guarantee savings. Merchants remain responsible for their prices, recorded costs and business decisions.
The free plan provides one scan of up to 1,000 variants. Monitor costs $19 USD per 30 days with a seven-day trial and up to 10,000 variants per scan. Shopify displays the final charge and applicable taxes for approval. The subscription renews until cancelled. Cancel Monitor in Settings & plan to stop monitoring, alerts and future subscription charges while retaining existing findings. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. Uninstalling also cancels future subscription charges and removes app data. Request refunds through our support email; we assess service failures and billing errors individually and process approved refunds through Shopify. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
Hourly scans depend on Shopify and hosting availability. Catalogues beyond the plan limit are partially scanned and labelled as such. Scan results exclude checkout discounts, taxes, shipping, payment fees and market-specific prices. Cost-based findings depend on complete, accessible, accurate cost data. Acknowledging an exception does not change your Shopify catalogue.
You must be authorised to connect the store. Do not attempt unauthorised access, misuse the service or interfere with other stores. We may suspend access to address abuse, security incidents or unpaid subscriptions. We will give notice where reasonably possible.
Our privacy notice explains data handling and deletion. Export any findings you need before uninstalling. Support is provided by email without a guaranteed response time. Please omit passwords, access tokens and customer information from support requests.
Use findings as prompts for investigation and review prices before publication. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will give reasonable advance notice of material service or pricing changes; any new subscription charge requires the approval Shopify requires.
These business service terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Contact us first to seek resolution of a dispute.
